Event Format and Rules:

Playing Tees:

Men - Blue (3093 yards)
Men 55+ - White (2726 yards)
Women - Red (2272 yards)

Format:

Round 1 - Two Flag Scramble
Modified 2 man scramble where players can putt out to either hole

Round 2 - Texas Scramble
Each player tees off, select the best drive, then alternate shot until ball is holed

Round 3- Two Man Best Ball
Each player plays own ball tee to green
Better of two scores counts as team score for hole

Scoring:

Please turn in scorecards to LaFlare Golf representative at the conclusion of each round
Players are responsible for verifying opponents’ scores after each hole

Gross Triple bogey maximum on each hole; Pick up ball after reaching maximum score; Play out all putts
Everything is played as a lateral hazard (including OB, lost ball, etc.)
If ball is OB, the player must take a penalty stroke and drop within the playing area. However, as is customary, a player can play his shot from within any other hazard without incurring a penalty.

Flights:

Teams were placed in either the River or Rail flight based on combined team handicap.
Teams will only be competing against other teams in their flight.
Handicaps are adjusted in relation to lowest handicap in flight.

Contests and Prizes:

Closest to the Pin: Titleist SM9 60° Wedge
Closest to the Pin Contests will take place on Holes 4 & 9
Closest to the Pin on each hole during Rounds 2 & 3 will win

Longest Drive: Titleist TSR2 Driver
Longest Drive Contest will take place on Hole 3
Longest Drive of the entire day will win

Chipping Contest: Titleist SM9 60° Wedge
Chipping Contest will take place between Holes 8 & 9
Players will have two tickets to chip
Can use tickets once per round during Rounds 2 & 3 or both at once
Closest to the Pin wins
Multiple made chips will result in a chip-off at the end of the day

Putting Contest: Scotty Cameron Newport 2+ Putter
6 hole putting course set up on practice green
Players will receive one ticket to compete
Can be completed any time before 4:00pm
Lowest number of strokes wins
A tie will result in a putt-off at the end of the day

Hole in One Contest: Pebble Beach Vacation
Hole in One Contest will take place during Round 2
All players must hit at designated flag
All players must hit from Black Tees (148 yards)
Any Hole In One made during this round receives designated prize

Round Winners:
Low score from each flight during each round will receive a prize package

Grand Prize Winners:
Lowest cumulative score from each flight will receive the grand prize package
